meryph Terms and Conditions

1 Eligibility

To register and use meryph, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You are a resident of or currently located in the Philippines.
• You are not excluded or suspended from any gaming platform under a self-exclusion or operator-imposed restriction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• Your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction.

meryph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, or location at any point. Failure to provide such documentation when requested may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

2 Account Registration and Security

Each person may hold only one account on meryph. You are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and a Philippine-issued identity document for KYC verification.

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. meryph enables OTP (one-time password) verification for account access and for key account actions such as withdrawals. You should:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other service.
• Never share your login details with another person.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact meryph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

meryph will not be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, provided that the platform's own security systems were not at fault.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on meryph are made in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking portals, bank transfers, and supported local e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods.

Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. meryph does not accept third-party deposits — if a deposit is identified as originating from an account not matching your verified identity, it will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposit processing times vary by payment channel. While most methods process within a short window, delays caused by banking system outages or your payment provider are outside meryph's control. Your PHP wallet balance will reflect the confirmed deposit once processing is complete.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own verified name. meryph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC identity verification. This requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie. Withdrawals will not be released to unverified accounts.

Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review before processing. meryph reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to do so. Balances that have been credited as a result of a system error, technical fault, or fraudulent activity do not constitute withdrawable funds and may be reversed at any time.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on meryph are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your selections, stake, and odds before confirming a bet. Errors in selection or stake amount cannot be reversed after confirmation.

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the applicable governing body. In cases where an event is postponed, cancelled, or declared void before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned — subject to specific market rules that may apply.

• meryph reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error occurred.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided if accepted in error by the system.
• Parlay bets with a voided leg will have that leg removed and remaining legs recalculated at the revised odds.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

meryph may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, applicable game categories, validity period, and any wagering requirements. These specific terms will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

Promotions are subject to the following general rules:

• Only one promotional offer may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use and may not be used in a systematic or commercial manner.
• meryph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably possible.
• Abuse of promotional offers, including collusion or artificial wagering patterns, may result in cancellation of the promotion and account review.

7 Responsible Gaming

meryph takes responsible gaming seriously. Online gaming is entertainment — it carries financial risk and no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed. You should only wager money that you can afford to lose without affecting your essential financial obligations.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on meryph and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's payment account to fund your meryph wallet.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using any software, script, bot, or automated system to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting errors, system glitches, or incorrectly offered odds in a systematic manner.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

9 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your meryph account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your nominated Philippine bank account or e-wallet following standard withdrawal procedures, provided that no pending investigations are open.

meryph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected or confirmed, or where required by applicable law. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in full.

10 Limitation of Liability

meryph provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous and stable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, updates, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, meryph's liability in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your meryph account at the time the claim arises. meryph is not liable for losses resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including network outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events.

11 Privacy and Data

meryph collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, and platform operation. How your data is collected, used, stored, and protected is described in detail in the meryph Privacy Policy.

By registering on meryph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy. All data handling complies with applicable Philippine data protection requirements.

12 Changes to These Terms

meryph may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable laws, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players through the platform or via your registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of meryph following notification of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

The current version of these terms is always available on this page. We recommend reviewing them periodically, particularly before significant account activity such as large withdrawals or participation in new game categories.
