Why your Meryph account matters

Your Meryph account is more than just a login — it's the starting point for everything the platform has to offer. From the moment you sign in, you get a personalised view of your betting history, active games, and account balance, all in one screen. For players across the Philippines, that kind of centralised access makes a real difference when you're tracking multiple bets or switching between a sports event and a live casino table.

Account security built for Philippine players

Meryph uses SSL encryption on every session, which means the data travelling between your device and our servers is always protected. OTP verification adds a second layer — even if someone else gets hold of your password, they still can't get into your account without the code sent to your registered number. It's the same standard of protection you'd expect from Philippine online banking, applied to your gaming account.

If you ever notice unusual activity — logins from a device you don't recognise, or changes you didn't make — reach out to support right away. The team is available 24/7 and can freeze your account while an investigation is underway.

Managing your account responsibly

Meryph is committed to responsible gaming. Once you're logged in, you have access to tools that help you stay in control of how much time and money you spend. You can set deposit limits, session reminders, and cooling-off periods directly from your account settings. Gaming should be entertaining — these tools are there to keep it that way.

Remember: Meryph is for players aged 21 and above. If you feel your gaming habits are becoming difficult to manage, we encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available in your account or visit our Responsible Gaming page for guidance and support resources.

Having trouble logging in?

The most common reasons for a failed login are a mistyped password, an unverified account, or a browser that needs its cache cleared. Here are a few things to try before contacting support:

• Double-check that you're using the email address registered to your account.
• Try clearing your browser cache or switching to a private/incognito window.
• If you're on the app, make sure you're running the latest version — an outdated app can cause login issues.
• Check your internet connection. Mobile data and Wi-Fi dropouts can interrupt the OTP delivery.
• If none of the above works, get in touch with our support team. They can verify your account status and walk you through a password reset.

Accessing Meryph on mobile

A large portion of our players in Manila, Cebu, and Davao access Meryph on their phones, and the platform is fully optimised for that. The mobile browser version works seamlessly across Android and iOS, with touch-friendly navigation and fast load times even on mid-range connections. If you prefer a dedicated experience, the Meryph app is also available — visit the App page to find out more.

Logging in through the app follows exactly the same process as the browser — your credentials and OTP work across all Meryph access points. Your session and balance sync automatically, so you can start a bet on your desktop and check the result on your phone without any gaps.
